Transforming your body and your self-esteem is my life’s purpose. What saddens me the most is seeing mothers struggling with pain and low confidence. I’m truly passionate about creating REAL RESULTS and supporting both physical and mental health.
I’ve been a movement professional for 19 years, and my goal is to help my clients live free of pain and achieve their goals. That’s why I created the Healthy Mom Platform, featuring a variety of quick and effective workout programs.
I am a Physical Educator with a specialization in Exercise During Pregnancy and Postpartum. I also completed a specialization in Diastasis Recti and I’m certified in the Hypopressive Abdominal Method.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I close my diastasis even after 5, 9, or 15 years?
The amount of time that has passed does not interfere with the diastasis healing process. If the separation is less than 7 cm, specific exercises can reverse it
How soon after giving birth can I start exercising?
For a vaginal birth, you can start after 30 days.
For a C-section, you can start after 40 days.

What workout programs are included inside the Mother Fit Platform?
The methods used in the platform include: Hypopressive Abdominal Training, DCA, and low-force, no-impact circuits. You’ll have daily classes ranging from 5 to 20 minutes.
How long will it take for me to start seeing results?
